Aerial Classes

This is the perfect aerial class for first-timers or aerial novices! In this aerial class, students will learn aerial lyra (hoop), aerial silks, and hammock. Aerial apparatuses will vary from class to class. You will never get bored!

No aerial experience is necessary.
Notes: 
NO SHORTS. Students should wear form fitting clothes that cover the back of their knees (cropped pants are okay). Tank tops are okay, but students should have a shirt or top with sleeves available. NO JEWELRY.

Aerial Arts (Mixed)

Beginner

This is a class where you will learn the Aerial Hoop (Lyra).

Pre-Requisites for Int / Adv class:  Students must be able to comfortably invert into the hoop.

Notes: NO SHORTS. Students should wear form fitting clothes that cover the back of their knees (cropped pants are okay). Tank tops are okay, but students should have a shirt or top with sleeves available. NO JEWELRY

Poses are great. They're wonderful. They're the building blocks to mesmerizing performances audiences will love. But what happens in between the poses? How do you get from trick to trick? Learn how to create choreography that will captivate with transitions and combos. This class is ideal for the beg/int aerialist looking to advance toward performing either professionally or just among friends.

Hammock

This is an intermediate - advanced class emphasizing next level performance on fabric in a hammock configuration.

Pre-Requisites: Students must be able to climb and aerial invert. Students looking for beginner level silks class are encouraged to try Aerial Arts (Mixed).

This class is for aerial students looking to deepen their understanding of how the silks work (with work on aerial hammock at times). Moves and combos taught in this class are at an intermediate/advanced level. Come play with us and learn beautiful poses, stamina building combinations, transitions, conditioning, and adrenaline pumping drops! The 25 minute warm-up will also help you build strength and flexibility.

Aerial Flow

Aerial Flow place is the ideal place to PLAY with your free-style flow in the air! Aerial Flow works with students at all levels to find ways to connect to their movement on multiple levels. Each week will give students different prompts to explore aspects of character, dynamics/speed or movement with specific part of their body. Aerial Flow invites you to shake off how you "think" you should move and lets you explore in a supportive and creative environment!

Pre-Requisites: Pre-reqs: 3 Intro/Beginning Aerial Arts Mixed Classes.

Notes: Long Pants Required. NO SHORTS. Tank tops are okay, but we recommend students have a shirt or top with sleeves / long sleeves available. Knee pads optional. ABSOLUTELY NO JEWELRY


Aerial FABRICs
