Wednesdays, 6pm-7pm
Thursdays, 6pm-7pm

This class we will focus on a full body stretch, incorporating both dynamic and static stretches as well as learn new methods to enhance your flexibility. This is a feel good class that will leave you refreshed yet challenge your growth at the same time. All levels welcome!

No dance/fitness experience is necessary.
