ButiYoga

ButiYoga is a movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics into a high-intensity workout that transforms the body.

No dance/fitness experience is necessary.

 

Dance / Stretch

All Levels
Wed – 8:30pm-9:30pm

 

You never want to stretch the body cold. Warm up by learning some fun, easy-to-follow choreography that you and your friends will love! The instructor starts this one-hour class by teaching a very short piece of dance to warm up the muscles and get the blood flowing. Then, they will take you through a series of stretches designed to target muscle groups and increase flexibility the way your body intended.

No dance/fitness experience is necessary.


Flexibility & Floor Shapes

All Levels
Wed – 12:45pm-1:45pm

 

Find your inner flexy reptilian in this class designed to increase flexibility and range of motion. Students will learn how to use their bendiness to create new shapes using the floor & pole.

Intro to Jazz/Ballet

All Levels
Thurs – 6pm-7pm

 

A technique-based class where students will build dance foundation and technique in the areas of Ballet and Jazz. Isolations, flexibility, body conditioning, barre work, turns, leaps, jumps, and more will be covered in class during center and across the floor training. Students will improve their lines and learn the fundamentals of dance in a fun and healthy way. Whether you are looking to enhance your abilities in dance performance or just looking for ways to stay fit and healthy thru dance training, this is the class for you!

Pole'Ography

All Levels
Wed – 6pm-7pm

 

This is a Choreography-based class where students will learn dance choreography and dance transitions around the pole. In addition to building dance technique, students will focus on exploring different forms of musicality, movement, and dance styles ranging from Contemporary, Jazz, Latin, Hip Hop, and much more. Students will enhance their abilities to learn and execute choreography, build confidence, and add wonderful new elements to their pole performance.
