This class will start with Russian Exotic Conditioning to strengthen our core as well as our limbs. Strong ankles for tall heels is a must! Learn to control your knee rotations for the sexiest of floor work! And of course, we will go over fun new exercises for active flexibility.
The tricks taught in this class will have variations for different level dancers. Handstand tricks can be modified for forearms and still look super cool! Advanced polers will enjoy the interesting and energetic combos involving jumps, drops, kicks, and clacks. We will end the class with a deep stretch using the pole, blocks, and the wall. Let's deepen those splits and get that back bend even tighter!
This class is for level 2+ or dancers with at least 1 year of training. Please bring heels and kneepads.
