Learn basic to advanced floor tricks (fit for your current skill level) and how to flow moves together by learning about body weight distribution and balance techniques while upside down.
Class will include a warm up, technique and time to practice them with some one on one coaching, and class will end with some choreography incorporating what you learned!
Long pants. No backless tops. Bare feet.
