It's Tool Time!
Looking to build strength? Dying to get your splits? Tools can help!
In this 90 minute workshop, you'll utilize muscle work tools such as blocks, balls and bands to increase your strength, deepen your flexibility, and maximize your body's potential. We will take you through a series of exercises designed to open up your muscles and build the strength you need to support healthy movement and flexibility. You can expect to work hard, but feel restored and reset by the end!
Tools will be provided during class, and you'll leave with recommendations on what to purchase for home use. This workshop has a max capacity of 10 people, so book your spot early!
This workshop is suitable for all levels - no pole experience required.
