Intro to Pole: FUNdamentals

This is the first step! This class is designed for students who have never touched a pole or have only taken one or two classes. Students will be introduced to basic pole technique and fundamental pole movement. Simple spins may also be taught.

No dance/fitness experience is necessary.


Intro to Pole:
Sexy Basics

Beginner
Fridays, 6pm

This is the first step! This class is designed for students who have never touched a pole or have only taken one or two classes that want to focus on the sexy side of pole. Students will be introduced to basic sexy moves, transitions and routines.

No dance/fitness experience is necessary.


Pole Level 1 : Choreo

Beginner
Wednesdays, 7pm

Pole 1 is beginner pole. This class starts with a slow, controlled pilates and dance-based warmup. The warm up focuses on progressive core strength and flexibility. Students will learn beginner pole spins, floor work, combos, and mini choreographed routines on both static and/or spinning poles.

No dance/fitness experience is necessary.


This class starts with a Pilates and dance-based warm up, focusing on core strength and flexibility. Students will learn the basics of spin pole, including utilizing, controlling and maintaining spin while executing tricks and combos.

Pre-Requisites: Students must attend a minimum of 5 Intro / Pole Level 1 classes.

Beginner / Intermediate

Pole level 1/2:
Technique

Beginner / Intermediate
Mondays,  8:15pm
Saturdays, 11:15am

In this Level 1/2 pole class, students will gain strength and perfect their techniques for climbing and inversions, including straight leg inverts. This class will teach conditioning for various levels and phases of the inversion and climb, bridging the gap from beginner to intermediate pole. Perfect for Level 1 students looking to move up to more advanced pole work and Level 2 students looking to master their technique.

Pre-Requisites: Students are encouraged to attend a minimum of  3 Intro / Pole Level 1 classes before attending Pole 1/2.
Notes: Pole shorts are necessary.


Pole 2/3:
Tricks & combos

Intermediate
Thursdays, 7pm
 

 

This class starts with a Pilates and dance-based warm up, focusing on core strength and flexibility. Students will learn complex combos, transitions, dance technique, floor work, climbs, and various inversions. Instructors use both static and/or spinning poles.

Pre-Requisites: Students should be able to climb, invert, pole sit, and have a grasp on outside/inside leg hangs.
Notes: Shorts are necessary. Sports bras are recommended.


Pole level 3/4:
tricks & combos

Intermediate / Advanced
Saturdays, 1:45pm (Level 3/4)
Mondays, 8:15pm (Level 3+)

This class starts with a Pilates-based warm-up focusing on core strength and flexibility. This class teaches complex aerial combos, flow transitions, dance, floorwork, climbs, and various inversions. Instructors use both static and/or spinning poles.

Pre-Requisites: Students should maintain the ability to climbs, invert, one handed spin, and outside/inside leg hangs. Level 3+ will lean toward level 3, while level 3/4 will lean toward level 4
Notes: Shorts are necessary. Sports bras are recommended.


Pole Advanced:
tricks & combos

Advanced
Tuesdays, 7:00pm

ADVANCED POLE CLASS.

In this class, you'll learn and refine pole tricks at the next level combining individual moves as well as sequences & trick combinations while gaining strength and flexibility.

Pre-Requisites: Students must have solid climbs, aerial inverts, one handed spins, and outside/inside leg hangs.
Notes: Shorts are necessary. Sports bras are recommended.


Do you have a pole move you've always wanted to learn or need help perfecting? Learn how to properly and safely execute it or learn the steps to build up to it! Even if you do not have a specific trick/move, our certified instructors can pull something out of their sleeves for you. Instructors provide a warm-up and make rounds to help each student work on their trick of choice during class. This is a mixed level class. Students may / may not be working on the same things in this class.

Pre-Requisites: Student must take a minimum of at least 5 Intro or Beginner pole classes.
Notes: Shorts are necessary. Sports bras are recommended.

Each pole class is capped at a maximum of 2 people per pole so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

All classes are first-come, first-served, so please sign up in advance.
