Policies

General Policies

Due to the popularity of our classes, you must be booked in (online or call) to guarantee you a spot in class. If there are less than 2 people booked in to a class 4 hours before class begins, class may be canceled.

All memberships and class packages are non-refundable.

Because we are a small business and there is high demand for our accommodations, we must enforce a strict cancellation, no-show and tardiness policy. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS given, only account credit may be applied. Value can be transferred to different memberships and class packages, class drop-ins, workshops, merchandise, etc. The amount will remain on your account as a studio credit. There will be NO CREDIT given on workshops.

Running Late

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the class start time, you will not be able to join the class. After which you will be considered a "No Show" and result in forfeiture of the class. Platinum Members will be assessed a $15 fee.

Every class requires a warm-up. If you are late, then you are missing the most important part of the class. The warm-up increases muscle efficiency, reduces potential for injuries, and prepares your body for the movements being performed in class. Your safety is our #1 priority, therefore, this policy will be forced.

Waiting List

The system may add you into any class up to 45 minutes from the class start time. Students may cancel off the waiting list at anytime until the system adds you to the class. The system sends an automated email once your name has been added. However, students are responsible for logging in and checking the schedule 45 minutes before the class start time.

If you fail to check and you don't show up, you will be listed as a "No Show".

Late Cancellation
(4 Hour Policy)

You must cancel your reservation 4 hours prior to class to avoid the "No Show" fee and forfeiting the class. You are responsible for canceling your class either by logging into your account or emailing/calling front desk.

After you have canceled your class, double check your account schedule to make sure your name has been withdrawn from that class. The system may or may not send you a cancellation email depending on your settings.

Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to scheduled reservation (or No Shows) for unlimited monthly memberships may be charged a $15 Late Cancellation fee. Late cancellations and No Shows for single classes or class packages will forfeit the class instead of being charged the late fee.

Cancellations occurring more than 4 hours prior to your reservation will not forfeit a class or be charged a late cancellation fee.
