What to Bring to Class

Pole Classes

  • Shorts are strongly preferred, leggings (which can be rolled up) are also acceptable.
  • Tank top or T-Shirt.
  • Heels are not required unless stated. 
  • Knee pads are recommended for sensitive knees or floor work classes.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO JEWELRY. It will damage the poles.
  • Do not wear oil-based lotion the day of class. It will make the pole slippery. If you are unsure about your lotion, skip it and check with your instructor about what your skin needs.

Aerial Classes

  • Please wear form fitting clothes that completely cover you.
  • NO SHORTS. Cropped pants are ok, but make sure that the back of your knees are covered.
  • Tank tops are ok, but have a shirt or top with sleeves available. This is for your own safety & comfort.
  • No jewelry. This includes watches, rings, earrings, or necklaces. It will snag on the apparatus.

Dance or Fitness Classes

  • Leggings or shorts
  • Yoga Mat

Water is complimentary from our water cooler. Please bring your own water bottle to fill. 
We also have bottled waters for sale if you do not have your own water bottle.

Please bring a yoga mat to all of our classes, if you do not have one The Vertitude provides lender mats.
